Our Testing Methodology

Every food storage system undergoes long-term shelf life testing, nutritional analysis, and real-world preparation scenarios. We evaluate caloric density and nutritional completeness, actual shelf life vs. manufacturer claims, taste, texture, and palatability after storage, preparation ease with limited resources, storage space requirements and organization, and resistance to temperature fluctuations, humidity, and pests. We also test preparation with emergency cooking systems and limited water availability.
